a sheep with a jet-pack flying directly upwards into clouds. The sheep is the dark center thing, and the smoke from the jetback is the large blotch on my belly.

There are a couple of things going on here. Firstly, I think on the left is a half of a face; an angry looking one. Then, below is someone siting cross legged, 'Indian style' or in a 'lotus position' or whatever the hell the name is for that.
